Shared Conference Center
The ELG Building has several shared spaces used for meetings and events. The Shared Conference Rooms are located on the first floor, opposite the reception desk. Included are a large conference room, small conference room and a computer training room. In addition, the West Plaza can be reserved for tenant use as well.
Reservations are limited to work related use for DOT or DOC employees residing within the ELG Building and other groups as approved. Parking availability at ELG Building is limited. Off-site meeting attendees should be strongly encouraged to carpool whenever possible.
Property Management maintains the schedule for these spaces. Reservations can be made by submitting a reservation form to elgbmgmnt@wrightrunstad.com at least two business days prior to the proposed meeting/event.
