It is the intent of Wright Runstad & Company to provide safe and healthful working conditions for our tenants. Safety is no accident. Each employee is expected to promote and follow safe work practices.
The ELG Emergency Instructions provide detailed information regarding safety practices and procedures to follow in the event of an emergency. Please refer this manual and become familiar with the content for information regarding responsibilities during an emergency event.
The landlord-tenant relationship is one of mutual dependence and responsibility. This relationship is most important when discussing fire and safety related issues. You depend on Property Management to provide you with information and instructions on how to respond during an emergency. Similarly, we depend on you to become familiar with this information and participate in evacuation drills and training sessions.
